Who do not know or never eat fried rice? No maybe there are Indonesian people who never eat fried rice ?, fried rice is already a mandatory menu that is everywhere. From a roadside peddler, until a 5 star hotel must have a menu of fried rice.
The food is actually very simple this turned out to be so not simple. In a sense although actually how to cook and seasoning it so-so doang, but it turns out it can be different. Ordinary there is not good, ordinary, delicious, till very delicious


 
Variety of fried rice that much. Fried rice in Indonesian restaurant is different from fried rice in Chinese restaurant. Especially if in a Japanese restaurant or Thai, clearly different again. Not necessarily far, the fellow Indonesia aja can be different, in Pontianak, the average fried rice was brownish brown. Basically it uses pake tomato sauce or red pepper. While my first fit to eat at a cafe in pontianak, fried rice is brown, because the basic seasoning is sweet soy sauce.
In ngopi lok cafe there is a fried rice no less delicious as street snacks, because in the cafe fried rice served quite luxurious with ebi and eggs, which makes it unique is its taste different from other fried rice in pontianak, the taste of the fried rice combines sweet soy sauce with cayenne pepper which is puree and produces a very good taste
